"Putting custom comfort in the hands of consumers is something that hasn’t been done before," says Ben Parsa, CEO of CABA Design, creator of the line, "and we’re not charging a premium for it."
The collection is completely modular, so your lounge space can evolve along with your needs. Fine-tuned details—like a side table that can slide over any seat cushion, or a coffee table that opens to provide extra storage—amp up the convenience factor.
The seat cushions are packed with low-density, high-resilience foam with a synthetic down comfort topper, while the back and accent pillows are filled with 100-percent recycled synthetic down made from hundreds of plastic bottles. In fact, two hundred recycled bottles go into making just one three-seater sofa.
"Comfort was one of the core design principles we wanted the consumer to not only feel, but also see upon first glance," says Parsa. "The thickness and height of the seat cushion alone evokes a sense of comfort."
